In the compass is twice engraved: 'Morgen, Spath, Flach, Stehend'. The timescale writes: 'AD ELEV. POL. 61˚'. This is the latitude for 'Stockholm', 'Oslo', 'Helsinki' and 'St. Petersburg'. Zinner is recorded a 'FVCHS" 1577 |
